Could have been MUCH better.
Getting the system delivered was an all day affair. Had to make several calls to Pelican (until they closed due to est vs pst). The trucking company took multiple calls to determine their estimated time of arrival which was supposed to be 1-5. Truck did not arrive until after 8 p.m. Dispatch was making fun of the driver in the back ground on the phone. Something about being new. I asked if they were tormenting him. The person on the phone laughed and said "something like that". The driver was polite, overworked and recognized his colleagues were being less than professional towards him. I hope the Pelican system works better than the delivery of the system. The RL company gets 1 star and the driver for effort and putting up with the company nonsense gets 5 stars. Averaging to 3 stars overall. Patti
