Pelican Water

My wife and I think the Pelican shower filters are fantastic. We had used another brand of filter that was supposed to be excellent but we were dissatisfied and switched to Pelican. The difference was like day to night. Water flow was restored along with fresh, non-chlorine/fluoridated water. We heartily recommend Pelican shower filters.

My coffee pot has not needed to be cleaned at all. In fact it has not even slowed down. A bar of soap lathers up under water run through this PELICAN filter system. House plants have taken on a WHOLE NEW LIFE. Thank you thank you. I'm more than happy with my purchase. Thanks again.

Easy to install, no loss of water pressure, chlorine smell is gone!

These filters work very well. Our water needs a little more filtering than most, but that is ok. I used to be able to buy 6 filters for the current price of 4. Everything else has gone up, why not these too.

I received the pelican shower head filter with great anticipation. I have very hard water with a lot of chlorine. The shower head filter has done very little to solve the problems that I experience with my water--most accurately the film on my hair that seems to exist no matter how little/ what type of product I use to clean it. The shower head is also very cumbersome to attach. It is a tight space to use a wrench, etc. overall, I wouldn't recommend this filter shower head for hard water or chlorinated water needs.

I installed a PC600 filter with sediment filter two weeks ago. Chlorine smell and taste is gone from our municipally supplied water. At this time there is no pressure drop in the system as proven by installed gauge. This filter will extend the life of my 4 stage reverse osmosis water filter system. Time will tell how long this filter will go to media change. As there is only my wife and I using system and we both work, our water throughput is low. I retained my water softening system that was in place as it was still operating perfectly. Product is working as manufacturer claims.

We bought our Pelican water system on Valentine's Day 2017, from the Deland, Florida office. It was the best present on Valentine's Day ever! We highly recommend Pelican Water Systems!!

I'm impressed! Pelican shipped our new system right away. Arrived quickly. Service tech came out a day or so later and installed our system for us. Immediately our water improved! No more funny smell coming out of taps. My skin is already clearing up! I'm a happy new home owner. Thank you Pelican!

The company is fantastic to work with. They shipped my system quickly, and answered all of my questions. I bought a complete home system, including a carbon filter, softener, UV filter and pre-filter. The water tastes fantastic and I've thrown away the Brita filter I was using. My only complaint is the water spots left behind by the minerals. I have to dry everything if I want it to look clean. Nothing can air dry. I'm hoping to find a solution for this.

I love it - simple to install and the difference is amazing straightaway. I like the soft power of the water, I purchased the model with a wand. There is no wasting of water. 720 showers per filter that should last me 2 years!

They are always try to find a way to correct my problem . I have bad well water and they always there to find a solution.

The system itself is great. The custoner service is awful! Bouggt the PSE1800 whole house water system and the install kit along with a box of sediment filters. The order was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday 6/28/2017. When i was showing off the system to a co-worker in the market for the same thing I noticed the price had dropped since i bought it the week prior. I called Monday the 26th of June and spoke to a man from customer service. Explained that the price dropped only a few days after i purchased it. He looked up my order and said what when it was going to be delivered. I explained i was aware of the delivery date and wanted to know about getting the difference back off the sale price. He then told me "oh, it was probably a flash sale" I stated it was still at the lower price. He then told me he would talk to accounts and they would issue a refund. It has been a month now and still no word or refund. This experience has not helped to spread the good word of such a nice system.

Pelican has some good products and capable staff, however they do not cover all the bases when selling their whole house unit. I was under the impression that the charcoal filter tank would remove Fluoride and built an outside brick facility to house the two tanks I purchased. Several months later my wife discovered that Pelican has a separate Fluoride filtering tank that I would have bought had it been made clear that the charcoal filtration is animal bone and I purchased the coconut shell charcoal filtration system. Been playing catch-up since and installed an under sink Reverse Osmosis system to remove the fluoride.

Does the job as advertised

Unit has been working for my pool with apparent great results... Along with my contacting the pelican techs as to if any restriction on chemical usage I might want to be concerned with.... Their response was immediate and useful......

Have system installed and working a week ago. Water downstream still has Milky color, but, gradually clearing. Water tastes great. Looking forward in years ahead, that the system is everything it promotes.
