I ordered online a shower filter replacement for my showering. The filter came very fast and I was very satisfied. The shower filter provides you with a softer, cleaner water and it can last up to 9 months.

The product is wonderful! I've used their filters for four years now, and my water is great. I love the idea that they automatically send the filters when it's time to change them; this way I don't forget to do it. Pelican Water Systems has been a wonderful water system provider. I recommend them to anyone who wants filtered water!
I use the shower filter and the shower head with the detachable wand. I used to get red welts on my skin using our well water. My skin and hair was very dry. Not any more ☺ love this filter. Oh and my dyed hair doesn't fade anymore. Thanks pelican.
Just replaced a NSA 144 with the Pelican. It appears to be fine, but does not have the water flow that I am used to. I will get used to the reduced flow, but for now it's really noticeable. I am satisfied that it does its job.
Ordered for the uv filter and sleeve. Received only the filter and when contacted to send the sleeve no response. Disappointing
They do not advise you that you have to mount to a wall or that you have to make the tanks level. I also did not receive one of the installation pieces. They also make the claim that if you are reasonably handy you can install it yourself. I have not found this to be true. The flouride tank had a crack in the threads where it attaches. I have found that once up and working I found I really enjoy the taste of my water now. Customer service was great. They were very helpful. I think they could make things easier for installation but I so far think the filters work great. I will be getting a lead and flouride tester and update what I find.
My shower has never been better!! I don't know why I waited so long to buy this shower filter and wand. My hair and skin thank me every day!

so far not bad it's too soon to tell. The aroma seems to be nice at first, or maybe we just getting used to it. But the overall experience is been good especially here in Florida
This was my best customer experience in a very long time. Beginning with a great website with plenty of valuable info, continuing with the knowledgeable customer service rep who answered several detailed questions and then took my order, and super follow up with tracking info with a delivery estimate that was right on target. I was also pleased to learn that my long-standing plumber had already installed at least eight (8) Pelican salt-free water conditioning systems and stated that there had been no complaints regarding the product. My NS-3 has only been installed for a few days, but so far everything seems to perform as advertised. I think I can already see some reduction in scale on shower heads and the water quality appearance and taste is excellent. Highly recommended with no reservations.
This the second pelican system I have purchased. I am very happy with how they perform and save water and no salt. install is very easy if home is plumbed for a softener.

I bought and installed the system myself about five years ago.I changed the fre-filter once a year. It is still working fine. The main benefit of the system is reducing the scale built up on surfaces without salt and wasting water. This is actually a water conditioner, not a softener. I ran the hardness test on water before and after the system, it shows no change. There is no “slick” feeling of the water in the shower. I still use RO filtering system for drinking water. Compared to a salt based softeners I used before, this system serves what I need, without dealing with salt and chemical. almost no maintenance, and install is easy. I am happy with it.

I'm in seventh heaven since my Pelican water filter was installed. No more chlorine and the hundred other nasty things in my water. I can drink water right from my faucet!!! This is an investment, to be sure, but I won't be buying bottled water anymore!
My filter works great and I love the auto ship. I don't have to write down one more thing to remember, and my psoriasis never flares up (due to the excess chlorine in our city water) because I forgot to reorder and replace the old filter. Thank you!
