Water improvement AMAZING
Water improvement AMAZING! Was impressed with recommended plumber as he worked so hard to find a way to make the filters function properly in a mobile home within its limitations. He found a way and the water is AMAZING! I don't remember drinking water without a taste lingering making me want to wash it away with SOMETHING else QUICK! Now I'm just satisfied. And the water does not leave a white residue on places it dries. WOW!!!

So far, so good!!
Only been hooked up for 1 week but can really tell the difference. Smell is gone and water has a cleaner feel. So far it's been a big improvement.

After 6 weeks, Pelican seems great.
We are very happy with the Pelican system so far. The water is delicious. However the salesman/installer promised to give us a detailed before and after report on the water quality. That has not happened.

Replacement parts
Your site is somewhat difficult to find parts. If you don't know the kit # and just a part number the system would always say item not found. We finally looked through the manual and found the kit number rather than applying the part number we had and found the items in question. Need to probably have a cross reference ability designed to speed up finding parts.

PLEASED WITH PELICAN!!!
I must say that I'm very impressed and pleased with my purchase of the Pelican shower filters. It is a relief that both my Mom and I can take showers and feel clean without smelling the awful Chloramine and Chlorine which triggered Asthma and other lung issues. We've been sharing our positive experience with others
