Pelican Water

Love my whole house water filter system. Pelican is always available to answer any question or returns my call promptly when leaving a message.

The Pelican Shower Filter was easy to install and we could instantly feel the difference in water quality.

I ordered replacement filters from Pelican and was very pleased with the price and the service. The filters were shipped quickly and Pelican kept me informed as to the progress of the shipment. I will definitely be ordering from Pelican again when I need more filters.

I purchased a replacement filter and there was no information with it except about the o ring and lubrication for it. there are valves on the inlet and outlet sides so I can shut off the water but there is no way to drain the water still in the pipes and the filter. I don't know if I need a 5qt or 5 gal bucket plus I need both hands to remove the cover if I'm lucky all the water will go in the bucket by my feet

Delayed in arrival due traffic and when drilling through the wall, hit a pipe and caused them to shut off water and go get a part to fix. Then had to plaster a fairly significant hole in my garage wall. But, very pleasant, efficient, concerned and the unit is in and working fine. Thank you

The best tech support. Provide me with a very helpful video on how to change carbon media of my pelican water filter thru which I save a lot of money by doing it myself instead of hiring a plumber. Thanks for your help.

Delivery could not get the pallet down our drive way so left on the street. Very aggrevating

Installed a week ago and seems to be doing it's job. Water not as good as the bottled water I had delivered but better than the city water. This may be do to plumbing downstream because it tastes different in my kitchen than the bathroom. Water hardness of 7 and treated with chlorine. I can't taste or smell the chlorine anymore.

We have had the system in operation for a week and we are pleased with the quality of the water. Within an hour of putting into service I could tell the difference in the taste of the water.

I can't believe it takes 3 weeks to get a couple of replacement filters. Very poor service.
