Pelican Water

I had a filter problem, they sent me a new one the same day, with no charge.

Pelican Water Systems' customer service and tech support are excellent. I had concerns about the design of a shower filter "O"ring seal..They sent me a whole new Shower filter cap and extra seals - just in case I messed up the install again. It works great! Thanks Pelican

Appears to be a great system. This is a very recent installation but PURE water from every faucet just like we had from out filtered water from our refrigerator. No salt, no electricity. Had to have the installers come back for a minor leak in the garage. I think they rushed the installation somewhat because they do so many. We can already tell that the pipes and valves are being demineralized and are working better and cleaning themselves out. I studied this for almost five years and concluded that this is the system for us.

My father bought me my first shower filter...I loved it! Our Pelican whole home water filter has been amazing! Great tasting water almost instantly! From heavy chlorine taste to pure mountain water within a day of install. Maintenance has been a breeze with only a need to change the first stage filter every quarter. My wife said - with every move, we will install a Pelican. Happy wife, happy life.

I could not place my order via the website because I made a small mistake and every time I tried to correct it the site added another complete system to the cart. Even when I tried to change the quantity I ended up with more than one complete system. On the other hand when I placed my order via phone the salesperson was very polite and efficient, and the order arrived as intended.

Very easy to install ! Water tasted better within minutes!

The original system, Is fairly easy to install, but I was encouraged to add a U/V light to eliminate bacteria because we use well water. This was $650. in addition to the original cost that put my project over budget. Then I fine out there at U/V lights on the market for $250. and even less. I was not given the information of the size or power of Pelican's light so I didn't shop around. It appears U/V light is just that - light. A little disappointed but I think I'll get over it.

Fast delivery and everything as promised. Would like Pelican to make it easier to sign up for auto re-order process. Very confusing.

Simply the best water purification system available.

They had to replace my tank there was a leak, but the system works great and there customer service was very good. I am very happy with the system. I highly recommend the company.
