We are on a well and our water is pretty hard. With that hard of water we have a lot of build up and spots. Since installing our Combo system (in May and which was very simple to do by the way) our water is super and we love it.

Al was a great help to me. I called to cancel my autoship and he was able to get to it before it shipped out so I wasn't charged for it. We are moving and intending to install a full house filter when we do move and I'm definitely intending to use Pelican for that.

Easy to install. Did a water quality test and hardness, tds, are at 250, normal being 50. Emailed the rep and he has yet to respond. The engineer has since responded and has given an adequate explanation of tds count.
Every time I call customer service I get a warm helpful person. They resolve all my issues and answer ever question. They are all knowledgable about their products and never try to upsell

Great system, water here is horrible, but now every faucet has great tasting water! No more buying bottle water for in house, or salt for water softener! Should be the number one water treatment option out there!

We had to adapt the fittings a bit to make it work with our shower fixture, but once we got it working I love It!! No more stinky water. I noticed it most on my hair. It has regained softness and shine. We plan on getting a second one for our other shower.
Pelican customer service representative are knowledgeable and resolved my problem in a reasonable time period. They shipped the part that I need for my water softener over night.
First, I wanted to clarify that this is not the review about the water filtration performance but more about the installation process/ cost. I did not have much knowledge on plumbing and water filtration process but wanted to set up a good quality whole house water filtration system to give my family a joy of having clean water every day. I called multiple plumbing companies to get the quote about the installation cost, unlike what's written in Pelican website, it's quite complicated and costs $1200-$2000 only for the installation, which was quite surprising for me.
