Horrible Customer Service!
The system itself is great. The custoner service is awful! Bouggt the PSE1800 whole house water system and the install kit along with a box of sediment filters. The order was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday 6/28/2017. When i was showing off the system to a co-worker in the market for the same thing I noticed the price had dropped since i bought it the week prior. I called Monday the 26th of June and spoke to a man from customer service. Explained that the price dropped only a few days after i purchased it. He looked up my order and said what when it was going to be delivered. I explained i was aware of the delivery date and wanted to know about getting the difference back off the sale price. He then told me "oh, it was probably a flash sale" I stated it was still at the lower price. He then told me he would talk to accounts and they would issue a refund. It has been a month now and still no word or refund. This experience has not helped to spread the good word of such a nice system.
