Awesome! The first time I ordered from this company I had left a complaint. They immediately reached out to me (not once, but several times by phone) to make it right. I respect that a great deal. Beyond their excellent customer service, their products are nothing short of amazing! I am a highly sensitive individual and have little tolerance for chlorine and other damaging chemicals; and the water in my area is very hard and very, very high in chlorine. I now own two of their shower head filters and this week, installed their counter top filter - what a difference! If you have any doubts about whether these work or not - don't! I even tested them with my chlorine test strips. I am a happy customer and will continue to use Pelican products.

great system, if you are not a plumber or have no experience with pipes then buy the install kit and invite your handy friend over and its a good idea to install a bypass valve and cutoff valve for your water, great system just needs a little work to install but lets face it if your gonna spend the money for a pelican system save a little for the install.

Salesman answered all questions making the installation a breeze. Product arrived on time. Owners manual was easy to read. I tested the performance by adding water softened by the NS6 to a glass with calcium deposits. The calcium was dissolved when I checked a few hours later. Bottom line: Great product/Great service.

I bought 3 shower filter system, it works great as describe.

I called to report a leak in my water filter tank. James was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem. He then walked me through the solution. I was surprised how easy the fix was and that I could do it myself. I was expecting to have to call someone to service it or have it replaced. I'm very pleased.

I installed a Whole House Pelican Water system, WF6 including the Manganese filter in 2010. I have had very few problems, and when I did, Pelican would accommodate me splendidly. The problems I did have were just normal wear and tear, including refilling the media. I do not know of another company of any sort that has as good a system for helping the customer.

I placed my order and it was delivered within two days. Spoke to customer service when placing my order and they were able to point me to exactly what I needed for my system.

It was an easy shopping experience. No regrets although I question the shipping system. 4 pieces from same place shipped two different ways.

I love our water now, the system is working beautifully, no problems at all! The man that came to get me set up to have it done was excellent, polite and easy to work with. The young man who came to put the system in for us a few days later was also excellent. He called when he was on his way and worked quickly. He was friendly and and informative.

I have a 25 micron filter, 5 micron filter, carbon filter, uv light Cleans the lake water well!

Great system It does what it is suppose to do. The whole house water treatment system is a must here in San Antonio. The water is now clean and substaintially softer than without the system. The most impressive thing is to have bottle water quality at every faucet in the house. I recommend it and remember to tighten everything down. If you have some small leaks, tighten up the connectors. Use the supplied plumber's tape and hand tighten the valves that require only hand strength and I mean tighten them tight than a 10 year old would and you will have no problems with the self install. If you do, call the supplied number and issues will be addressed promptly and professionally. I would buy this system again for another property.
