Found great deal on the water conditioner/softener we wanted. It was on sale and got free fast shipping! Everything was packed well and got here safely. System just installed yesterday so under how satisfied with the product we are yet but if its anything like this company we will be happy with it.

We are pleased with the product as far as physical description, however, we have had it in service for only 4 days so we cannot yet rate or comment on performance.

We are very happy with the performance of our Pelican Water Systems. Since we have septic tank, it was very important to us to replace our salt based softening system. We noticed an improvement in our water almost immediately - glad to recommend it to friends and family!

Good service when ordering replacement filters. Price and efficiency are excellent. The company needs to be more informative with presenting the saltless systems' usefulness in satisfying the needs of consumers. Consumers with other the mild water hardness can be very disappointed in the outcome. Works well for our situation, but I have had to warn others to reconsider their needs.

I called Pelican and I was told that the delivery will take 5 days. The filter arrived 5 days later. Great service and communication. I purchased a shower filter for one of or showers. I will buy another one. My wife loved it. She has seen an improvement on her hair and skin. Thanks

Had a pelican system for 5 years in Coral Springs Fl. Moved to Sebring Fl and my wife said she was not dealing with the chlorine taste and smell. Soooo just put in that same Pelican system. Happy wife happy life. Installed both systems myself, no problem.

I received the unit, installation was very easy and I started getting improved water within a day. Instructions said it would be cloudy and clear up in 72 hours and it cleared up as noted. Very pleased with quality of unit.

I appreciate this product and feel great about knowing that I'm doing the best for my health and well being by using the Pelican Water System now! I was constantly experiencing dry skin and decided to evaluate and examine everything that might be contributing to it. Getting the Pelican Water System was one of the decisions made that really helped and made a noticeable difference. The only thing, which is minor, and takes a bit of getting use to, is that the water runs cold, at first, for a few seconds before it kicks into the desired water temp setting. This, however, may be a great wake up call, if you need an early morning jolt, or evening joggle!

Ordered 3rd replacement item. Required communications. Item received in timely manner and is now installed.

This shower filter was installed three days ago and I have seen some improvement. Water quality is not quite what I was hoping for but definitely better. Perhaps I was hoping for miracles

Was by far the leading technology provider in my research. Excellent consultation during the purchasing process. Great information on the website. Can't say anything yet about the operation since we purchased the system during a renovation process and the installation is still ~2 months away.
