Service was prompt and our order arrived on schedule as promised.

Kyle, Al and Frank C. could not have been better. Responsive, supportive, helpful, etc. If it hadn't been for Frank, I doubt it if I would have gotten from Cureton my complete my installation (after I had given the plumber a check for $1120.00) As a Tallahassee area resident, I regret that the designated plumber for Pelican is someone with whom I WILL NEVER do business again.

We only had it installed a few days ago, but so far we do like it. But it still leaves water marks on the cars after they are washed, and we were trying to get rid of that problem, to tell you the truth.

So far we are very pleased with the service and quality of this product. We noticed a difference in the water immediately!

Wonderful experience in purchasing replacement part. Technical support representative was wonderful to speak with. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a whole home filtration system.

Pelican has good water systems but I ordered a refill for the whole house carbon filter and feel it is very over priced. I might need to look elsewhere on my next order.

The quality of the water is wonderful; however, we are now experiencing, for the SECOND time since installation less than three weeks ago, a large leak in our garage coming from the blue filter. It has ruined our shelving and of course this problem has cropped up each time on the weekend. Not happy! We will request removal of this water filtration system if this problem is not resolved.

Easy to install the shower filter with hand wand, took less than 3 minutes. The wand and the water hose are very light and easy to use.

Have had many issues with the system I purchased just over a year ago. Problems with set up, problems with parts quality, and major problems trying to get the system to work as I was told it would. Spend $3800 and was told this is the system you need for your issues, then call tech support and told maybe you need to upgrade your system for additional parts. Guess I should've just paid a local water company to install their version of a similar type of system, at least if there was a problem they would be responsible for fixing it, not getting poor advice to try different things to get it to work correctly. We are now looking into a home water cooler where they deliver those 5 gallon jugs and rent the cooler stand. Our water has ruined 1 coffee maker and 1 Brita filter unit since installing the Pelican Well system. My wife refuses to drink our water and if your married and your the one that suggested this system over the local guys system ( who has service available), well you can guess it's not good.

We are happy with the system. Unfortunately the sales man was not truthful about the installation. It is not for the average homeowner to install. We ended up paying the plumber $1920 for the job. That's on top of the $2200 we paid for the system. Even the tech on the phone said the salesperson will tell you it's easy when it's not!! A difficult installation.

About 2 weeks after installing rhe Pelican Water Filtration system, we began noticing large chunks of carbon in the filtered water used for reconstitution. Not what we expected.

SO PLEASED NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH SALT,BACKWASH,AND NOT EVEN ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS. LOVE IT.
