I purchased my salt-less conditioner only 1 month ago. so I cannot speak to performance, durability and longevity; however, my order was shipped the day i ordered it, All was received within 3 days, and everything was in perfect condition. I installed the system in 2 to 3 hours with on issues. the unit looks great with the stainless tank. I am very happy at this point. Hopefully it will perform well and last a long time with no issues. I purchased pelican Counter-top water purifier and shower filter. To track the water quality Counter-top has light indication system. At start light should indicate blue followed by yellow and red. I followed all the procedure describes in installation instruction but I don't see any light coming out of water purifier. I am not sure whether it is working or not.

buyer beware recieved shower filter 7 days after ordrering very slow from florida to ct .installed filter according to instructions and found very low water flow.and pressure.the problem is the inadaquit shower head.the company advertises a 2-2.5 gpm head but this unit has a 1-1.5 gmp that is inadaquate.upon calling customer service i was told the state in wich it is made has strict water usage laws and could not get the one that is advertised so i installed my old shower head and flow was better but pressure was still low.after 1 week of usage i found the unit does its job pretty well as far as water qualitybut i am overall disapointed with low flow and the high cost of replacement filters

I purchased the PSE1800 system for my house (well water) and couldn't be happier! Installation was super easy, the instructions take you step by step through the process. I recommend purchasing the installation kit with the system...definitely worth the cost. It's only been a couple of weeks and I can already taste and feel the difference. Well worth the investment of time and money for the peace of mind.

The system is great. Very happy with it so far. The only problem with mounting it in a RV is that it takes up a lot of space. You have to make sure it is mounted in a metal support area due to the weight.

so pleased to no longer have the salt softener system..My water is crystal clear and can drink it from any faucet in the house so no longer even need the reverse osmosis system in kitchen. Here in the very south of TX our water is the worst in the country. No longer smells either.

We installed the Pelican NS6 system in our house (we live in southern California, where water is very heavy). We have 3 bathrooms, but we wanted extra performance to be sure. Its been about two months, and we can see the difference. We had white crust forming on our shower glass, that required acid based chemicals and lots of rubbing to clean. As soon as we started using the Pelican, the white crust has been replaced by water spots that are easy to clean without special chemicals, just like Pelican says. Our dish washer was also covered with white crust that required a vinegar based cleaner every 2-3 months (vinegar is not very good for dishwasher seals). The day we installed the Pelican system we ran a bottle of cleaner in the dishwasher, and since then, the crust has not returned. Furthermore, the small amount of crust that the cleaner didn’t get, is gradually dissolving away, again, as claimed by Pelican. The system is doing exactly what they said it would do, so we are very happy with it. Dealing with Pelican was very easy; they are very friendly and answered all our questions in detail. You need to understand the difference between salt free conditioning and salt based softening, so you don’t expect something that is not going to happen.
