support good, but system bad i ordered a $100 system - and the first time it came with wrong threads so i had to call send it back -not sure who paid postage. then the light on the system doesnt go on -that was the single reason i bought that - and 3rd i thought this does reverse osmosis looks like it doesnt - i am sorry i am giving 2 stars. support was good and they replaced the stuff etc. but overall i think it was bad for me

This system has not been without its problems but Pelican customer service has been excellent.
They have horrible service. FedEx lost the package, and Pelican Water Systems/Enviro Water refused to issue a refund.

Shower filter works great. Easy to install. Hair is much cleaner and softer after use.
So happy with filtration of chlorine from my new shower head. Yesterday, I experimented by not using hair conditioner after shampooing. My hair was so soft, making conditioning a thing of the past.
You are a pleasure to deal with. Courteous staff and I like the auto order each year for the new bulb, etc.. Plus my UV system works great. I had my well tested and it was polluted. The water in the house tested pure.

The unit works great, we installed it about a month ago our water was pretty bad so we are going to pull the filter in a week and see how that goes really happy with the dish washer dishes are great looking we will see what it does in a year, so far so good.

My combo system has been in use for several years. Water spots had me add a traditional salt base water softener. I would like to have away to verify water quality to confirm the system is still working. The staff are very friendly. The automatic refill service could use some tweaking. My UV lamp trimmer ran down 3 months before my refill arrived.

Have had a PC1000 in operation for about 7 years and works great. Replace media as recommended which takes a little patience but easy. We are very happy with the performance and our water tastes great!!!
This is an amazing product! It does exactly what its supposed to do, eliminate Chlorine. I live in the west part of Anaheim where the water is extremely hard here in California. Whilst this product does not address the hardness of your water it certainly does a great job of eliminating Chlorine. I even went to Home Depot recently and tested the water prior which turned very yellow (evidence that chlorine exists and then tested it after and it remained clear as day (evidence that the Pelican shower head removed the Chlorine). In addition, i notice a significant and i mean significant improvement in my skin and hairs softeness whena new filter arrives!! My skin goes from dry and very itchy to soft and smooth and not itchy. The only thing that i reccomend to anyone trying this product is that you need to have a real understanding as to how bad the water is in your city. The existing reccommended time frame to replace these filters was 9 months, that was too long for my area and my testing kit proved this as the Corine and my skin geting itchy was coming back again. I am glad that Pelican has now changed their reccomended replacement time to every 6 months and i would say this is truly needed and not just a sales tactic. Want proof, simple just go and buy a small pool water twsting kit from Home Depot for $12. I plan to test my water every 2 months now to keep an eye on the water and know if the chlorine is coming back. So, in the end of my super long story, I RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT! Haha
