They are very good company to do business with! The delivery came fast. Also, their website is very informative. I purchased a : model 600, whole house filtration system a few years ago. I would recommend their products to anyone who is interested.
They sent the wrong part. I initially gave this experience two stars but am changing because they took care of the problem eventually. I also just realized that they are in Florida and my order was right around the time hurricane Irma hit. I think they did great under the circumstances.

Everyone at Pelican is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were on time. I initially had a problem that ended up not having anything to do with the Pelican system. I got to speak to real people each time I called. From Joe in sales to Rob the technician, and James and Rocky the installers. Everyone was great to deal with. My system is new and the water takes great. I'm looking forward to continued great water and clean pipes. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you.
bought a shower wand and filter system. After a week the hose to the wand fitting broke. I called them and the immediately sent me a new wand. Not sure why the fitting is plastic. However the service was terrific and I love the shower filter system.

easy to install. works great no issues specially with the countertop water filter. Shower filter depends on the thread you have on your shower. All in all great product and fantastic customer service!

I don't believe the water softener does anything. I believe I paid a lot of money for an empty canister. I can't tell the difference of the water whether the softener canister is in use or not in use. Save your money and don't let them talk you into the softener option.
Very easy to install excellent product it does what they say or do.
I have well water and the pelican system does exactly what it say it would. People complain about the pressure but it was pretty good since the pressure i already had wasn't that great to begin with. Overall i give it a 93.
