My Pelican PC600 Whole House Water Filter With UV (PC600-PUV-7 was exactly what I needed for my house. Our city water tasted funny and I added the UV to insure purity. My wife made too many trips to the store for purified water and I got tired of her doing that, thus the system I chose. The only thing that could make my project better would be if Pelican provide a piping package and that package could minimize floor space in my garage. I did minimized my installation but that took a lot of work. I would have bought a pre-made piping package if they had one. That would have been a labor saver. I am satisfied with my new system. jeff

Was a little timely getting my result had to call them multiple times to get an update. Other than that it was ok. They choose a system that was a little to expensive but where NOT pushy for me to buy somthing I couldn't offered to buy and gave me somthing that I could start and add to later.

After extensive researching we decided on the Peiican PSE 2000 system to replace our salt based water softener. We were somewhat hesitated due to the substantial cost. After couple days of usage from installation, all I can say is WOW! what a different in the quality of the water. Not only the water are crystal clear, cleans good, leaves no water spot and they tasted great directly from the faucets. We kept our RO system for the time being but when comes to time to change filters we may decide to just disconnect the RO system and consume from our kitchen faucet. We're so glad that we chose Pelican and the system is well worth the price! Also, the supporting staff are great as well!

Have had my Pelican Water Whole House water treatment system for over almost a year. The water quality is outstanding and no back wash and no salt involved. I would recommend to anyone who wants a quality no-salt water softening and filtering system.

I love my Pelican Water Sysstem! Finally my dishwasher gives me clean dishes. When I had my other water softner, I was using every additive I could find trying to get looking glasses! Now I have found it with PELICAN!

I am giving it 4 stars but just put it in so not really sure yet on how I feel. Seems ok so far. But is it possible to judge in two days?

Fair warning to all Pelican Water Softener buyers. You will still get water spots everywhere unless you wipe down sinks, showers and appliances. Bought a PSE1800 Whole House Filter-Softener and was a surprised at the amount of water spots. Salt-based softeners do not leave visible spots. I guess the Pelican technology will not cause the spots to build up and actually etch into the surface of sinks and showers, but the visible nature of the water spots was not expected. So fair warning to all buyers.

They are part of the American airline reward program but they denied my claim since they said their product was on sale. The water filter systems always has a discount so apparently they never have to pay out any additional points. We were to receive 5 points but now they are up to 6 for every dollar spent. But since I guess everything has a discount price they won't ever give you the bonus.. Guess its like bait and switch. Was considering buying another system for another property but I will go elsewhere now.. If their shady on this I guess they'll be shady with other issues if they arise very disappointed. since the additional points leaned my decision.

This system is magic! My wife and I installed the 1800 with 2 tanks and the small filter In an afternoon with almost no issues. We are both in our 60s with very little plumbing experience. Using the install kit from Pelican it was a SNAP! Really, parts either snapped on or hand tightened together. The few times we had questions we called the information number and almost immediately we had an answer. Easy to speak to, they were sharp and quick to react and very polite.

With a shower purifier the first thing you notice is softer hair and skin with out leaving it dry. Amazing super fresh feeling with pure clean water the way Mother Nature intended it to be. I feel younger and healthier knowing since the water is pure I will not age prematurely but stay younger longer~ ;). I recommend this shower water purifier to anyone who does not like harsh and lethal chemicals in their bath water. The benefits are incredibly everlastingly good.

So Far it's performing as I hope it would with no salt in my water or on my body & I am saving money.

True hype and satisfactory products. Their pricing is not in line with other salt-based and salt free systems. The salt free systems are largely a oversized reverse osmosis filter. The salt-based are the same retail products available anywhere. Pelican Water is a slick design, nice packaging, cool website sort of deal. You're better off getting a Whole House Fleck 5600sxt 48,000 Grain Water Softener System w/UPGRADED 10% resin + Upflow Carbon Tank + (HE) 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Unit 75 gpd for $1400.00, A LOT CHEAPER

When ever the whole house system is purchased,make sure you order the Pelican quick connect flexible fittings. Hook-up is very easy using them. So far my system is working fine.

Great filter. Had one for two years now. Easy to maintain and install. Recommend to my clients. For the money, great filter with little maintenance.

We have your whole house saltless system. Hard to know exactly, don't have any charts or tests to check. However, water is cleaner, can drink tap water though we got used to drinking bottled water (have for years), just used to it I guess. Still have some deposits on fixtures, nowhere near what it was. Could be better...we live in Tucson, AZ and might be the problem. Overall pretty good performance. Wish it could be even better...maybe Pelican has suggestions.
