The telephone rep on the customer services line was very helpful and friendly in helping me buy the filters I needed for my system.
Water tastes so much better. We ran a line from the filter to our ice maker and it works great. My wife and I liked it so well that we recommended it to our son and his wife. They bought a filter and really like it.

unit was shipped out fast. After looking the unit over I definitely new I could not hook this up by myself. I am very handy but this was a plumbers job. Noticed almost immediately that the blue and green rings in our sinks had vanished. I am very happy with this product, but the additional cost of the plumber does add to the total cost of the unit.
It's early in my experience with the product, but it seems to be doing the job. Will continue to monitor the results of the Pelican salt-free softener and give another review.

Great products that do the job very well. The online account management environment is severely lacking with multiple databases and log-in's. I've received the incorrect replacement filters twice.
Jim Iverson was patient, informative, and thoroughly professional in his presentation of Pelican's product lines. I gave my household needs and he suggested the perfect model for installation. The installer arrived on time, introduced himself, and got to work. The system was installed quickly and fit perfectly in the area chosen in the garage. Does not interfere with any other activities in garage. The installer also took the time to explain the operation of the system, issues to watch for, and how to clean the water heater after several weeks of using the new system. It's been several weeks and the system is performing great. My wife and I have seen the difference in our clothes. dishwashing, and showers. I recommend this system to anyone who asks. Thanks..

This is the easiest company to work with I think I've ever encountered. Everyone at Pelican has made me feel as though I were their #1 customer. My combo system was just installed today. The plumber was glad I had purchased the installation kit. He is quite impressed with Pelican, too. Neither of us understands how the salt-free softener does the softening. I said I thought it had to do with changing the ionization. (Either that, or it has something to do with the elves who live inside the sump.)
Very delighted and happy I chose Pelican. Water truly tastes great. The men that installed the filter system were kind and very professional. At the end they showed me how to change the filter and showed me where the number was if I needed help and also showed me where the instructions were on the back of the filter bracket! Thanks...
Great FILTER and DESIGN! Setup was pretty easy; however, was a little frustrating getting connection to stop leaking. Had to add more teflon tape a couple of times, and tighten just right to get leaking to stop! Also, would have been nice to be able to shut off water for soaping, but I guess that would mess up the filter? Like the easy filter replacement! Highly recommend!
I had an issue with my chlorine pump. Spoke with the Pelican Support team who were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Parts needed arrived within the promised timeframe and my system is back up and working great.
Five years ago we purchased the Pelican 600 whole house water filtration system and it has worked very well for us. Recently I replaced the filtrete in the tank by myself. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.
