Very good informative knowledgeable about what I needed and making sure I was getting the correct filters

So far the experience has been good. Easy instructions to install. I installed a salt water softener and I tested the water hardness and it's down to zero works perfectly.

Purchased to avoid salt 5 years ago. Expensive replacement items - charcoal. Had to add an additional filter to assist. Water still hard though it is improved with filtration.

First FedEx has been terrible at following delivery instructions the driver told his supervisor he delivered it where he did not. Next, the unit is way too noisy. My friend did lower the volume a little. I may not have to carry heavy bags of salt downstairs but the soda ash is 10 pounds heavier than the salt. I have to measure the ash and water when I add it. I am still trying to get the PH in proper balance. I have to test the PH all the time. I am hoping to find an easier way.I don't really know how the unit works yet. Customer service is awesome they get back to you right away. I was not home but I think installation was easy. My installer is good. I guess it's not really fair to review it yet I hope to give better news later. Someone called me from Pelican and told me they would send a PH tester but it has not arrived yet. The amount of soda to add has not been resolved. Fed Ex is the company Pelican uses for delivery.

The water quality and taste are amazing.

Item received in good condition. After installation performance not as expected. Flow rate and capacity very low. Called customer service for help but never got response. Item was installed 09/21/17 and this is 09/25/17 with volume and pressure still doesn't match the old filter system that was replaced with this Pelican Pro water system.

From the initial visit to the installation the customer service was top notch. Be nice to your installers, they are working in this FL heat and could use a cold drink! Delivery of the system was quick, on time as well as the install. I am very pleased so far.

Because we were having health problems when Pelican tried to send our new UV you could not get our new get credit card correct number. When I finally got to the filter and realized how long it had been I called you and the new Uv was sent. The system has been working fine and the Uv as old as it was, was still showing green lights..

ordered replacement filters over a month ago have paid for them still have not received them

The difference between other filters and processes and companies is just amazing. The water tastes wonderful! I love taking a shower with this water softener...why?....because when I rinse, it really feels like I am rinsing, there is no slick coating left on my body. The only reservation I had is the installation. I think everything could be a little clearer....I finished the install, and got a leak in a connection. I did all I could then called a plumber....he replaced one connection and everything worked fine. I guess I'm just not a plumber! Now as soon as I get the other filter out of my new home...I'll install my new Pelican filter here!!!

The people I talked with on the phone and on chat, were very curtious and helpful . They knew all about the product, and when I asked about the 3% discount the young man went and got a code for me to put in so i got the discount. I will recommend this system to all my friends.

Sink top Pelican Water Filter. I read online about the Pelican Water Filter system. Since I was due for another one, I decided to buy the Pelican sink-top model. The order procedure was easy enough and within a few days, it was delivered. I installed it the same day and flushed the filters as suggested. This was all easy enough. My problem is that my water still has an odd taste to it, although not as bad as before. It has been tested, too, and has passed as being consumable. I just can't get rid of the odd taste. I thought it would taste like bottled water, but that's not the case.
