Excellent customer service, very easy to install, the hoses-connection kit is expensive,but worth it,much easier than cutting pipes-easy to move around-reconfigure, the sltless naturesoft delivers awesome,soft water,I bought 2 rubber bungees from homedepot to wrap around filters to wall for security/safety , added a gauge,to monitor pressure. The bypass valves included,means you may bypass filters at anytime,awesome feature,if you gonna fill a pool,etc

Installer was excellent. Very informative helpful about the product and maintenance there of going forward.

Works well so far. Customer Service was responsive and friendly.

We have gone through our fair share of whole house water filtration systems. We finally started doing our research and we came across Pelican. We even went so far as to go to the international Builders show and see a demonstration for ourselves before we bought the system. This is by far the best system we've ever had it's the easiest and it's lasted the longest. Everybody was wonderful to deal with. Everybody is great to talk with and customer support. We replaced a UV bulb and it was damaged on arrival we took a picture they had one out to us that week it was very easy and they were so polite. I just can't say enough great things about this company. You will not be sorry that you chose them.

My water was like something of a 3rd world country until I installed this filer. Absolutely 100% satisfied with this discussion on ordering this filter. The only thing I will recommend is to order the hardware witch is sold separately for an extra $80 dollars I did and it and it was literally a 20 minute hook up. Go to your nearest hardware store and get the reducer Quick Connect. Just bring the hardware with you and the plumbing supply associate will be able to know what you need. I made the mistake of hiring Roto-Rooter and paid $745 to watch the guy hook this up.

I recently met with Joe Williams and received a 5 star customer experience. Joe explained, in great detail, the Pelican Water System that was best suited for my needs. He answered all my questions. I called Joe the next day and proceeded with his suggestion. Pelican Water should be proud of the customer experience Mr. Williams provides for them. I would recommend Pelican Water Systems to others.

I haven't installed the system,due to house still being built. But my sister has the system and said it was wonderful that is why I purchased it.

Fast & Curteous Service

The UV replacement instructions were not clear. An online tech had to walk us through it. Instructions need to be improved.

They were wonderful to work with . Unfortunately I can only respond to that because I had to return them because My spout was only 6inches from the top so not enough room for the filter on top. My friend bought one of them from me as she already had one and wanted another. I think it must be great. I can truly say that when I had to return they were right there helping

System was easily installed in conjunction with an existing water softener using a few flexible lines and standard tools.Instructions were easy to follow, would recommend.

Have used Pelican Water Whole House system for 6 yrs without problem. Just replaced carbon media in filter after viewing instructions by Trevor on YouTube. The procedure went just as demonstrated - best instruction video I've ever seen. Thank You Pelican.

My order was taken over the phone and the agent was nice. He spoke to me simply so I could understand the system. No pressure sale. They explained the system would be shipped to my house and gave me installer names which they recommend.
