Fed Ex is an unacceptable delivery service for me.
First FedEx has been terrible at following delivery instructions the driver told his supervisor he delivered it where he did not. Next, the unit is way too noisy. My friend did lower the volume a little. I may not have to carry heavy bags of salt downstairs but the soda ash is 10 pounds heavier than the salt. I have to measure the ash and water when I add it. I am still trying to get the PH in proper balance. I have to test the PH all the time. I am hoping to find an easier way.I don't really know how the unit works yet. Customer service is awesome they get back to you right away. I was not home but I think installation was easy. My installer is good. I guess it's not really fair to review it yet I hope to give better news later. Someone called me from Pelican and told me they would send a PH tester but it has not arrived yet. The amount of soda to add has not been resolved. Fed Ex is the company Pelican uses for delivery.
