Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

My mortgage was arranged by Richard Jarrett at Ocean, who was recommended by Adam Byrom and I couldn’t be happier. Richard was brilliant at a time where mortgage rates were changing almost daily, he dealt with numerous phone calls/e-mails from me per week without complaint and kept me updated constantly with prices and the best mortgage provider. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite and was brilliant throughout, got us a great mortgage at a great rate, if it wasn’t for Richard my mortgage would be at least an extra £100 a month if not more. Thank you to Richard and to Adam!

Very friendly and informative
Amelia West who was our guide was very kind, enthusiastic, and answered all of questions which made it really enjoyable and gave us a really good idea of what the property was like as well as the surrounding area. Although the branch was about to close, Amelia forwarded our interest straight away which ensured we received the application form that night and the whole process was complete within less than 24 hours. Amelia was prompt and approachable in all matters.
