Amelia West who was our guide was very kind, enthusiastic, and answered all of questions which made it really enjoyable and gave us a really good idea of what the property was like as well as the surrounding area. Although the branch was about to close, Amelia forwarded our interest straight away which ensured we received the application form that night and the whole process was complete within less than 24 hours.
