Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

An excellent service.
I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and cannot recommend Ocean Southville enough. From the initial (honest) evaluation through to completion, everyone I dealt with at this office was efficient, professional, and courteous. Using the in-house legal team was also a good idea: they provided an equally positive experience, and being in the same office makes everything work that much easier. You won’t be disappointed, you’ll be impressed.

Ocean Estate Agents were fantastic from start to finish!
We used Ocean Estate agents to sell our home and buy a new one. All staff we dealt with were fantastic, very friendly & completely professional from start to finish. They guided us through the process and tried to make it as stress free as possible. We had a particularly difficult process with buying our new home, caused by the seller, but Ocean were very supportive and kept us informed at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.

A positive experience all round
Such a positive experience all round with Ocean. We purchased our house through them 10 years ago, and found them professional, helpful and honest throughout. We came back to them to sell, and the same was true as a vendor. The whole team was highly professional, friendly and well informed about our property, the potential buyers and everything to do with the sale, so we were well supported through the entire process - especially when things got a bit tricky for other reasons.

Excellent service throughout the selling and buying experience
We have just completed on both selling our property in Portishead and buying a new home in wales. The attention to detail, the communication, and accessibility to both the sales team and the conveyance team has been excellent. Matt , Paul and in particular jack who went the extra mile to help us even on his Easter weekend has been excellent. The whole team did an excellent job managing all the viewings using up to date technology so we knew who was coming and got immediate feedback while Claire , who managed our conveyance was second to none on all our dealings with her as well as the team working with her. We would highly recommend and have done ocean to anyone - Thank you !
