Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

A shame we can only leave 5*s!! We've had a great experience with Ocean so far and especially from Jemima (Kivell) who showed us round the property. She was excellent and showed the perfect level of professionalism combined with friendliness as well as being great in staying in contact with us throughout the process. As first-time buyers with no prior knowledge of the mortgage process, we were incredibly lucky to have Simon Lack as our advisor. The journey turned out to be far more complicated than we’d expected, but Simon made everything feel manageable. He took the time to explain every step clearly and patiently, never making us feel silly for asking questions. His calm, kind manner made a stressful process much easier to navigate. What really stood out was how responsive and supportive Simon was throughout. No matter how small the question, he was always quick to reply and generous with his time. It genuinely felt like he was the most important person in the whole process—and amazingly, we didn’t even have to pay for his service. We honestly can’t recommend Simon highly enough; he was an absolute lifeline, and we’re so grateful for his help in getting us into our first home.
