Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Not yet sent us a test kit for day 2…

Not yet sent us a test kit for day 2 when order a week ago and now it's day 2 after arrival. Looks like a scam

Day 2 & 8 kit problems and NO support contact phone or real person responding to emails...

The review requires you to give the company at least one star. I would prefer to give none. This is why: Covid day 2 and 8 test kits purchased prior to return to UK as required. My Day 2 kit arrives on April 1st. All good. Except the instructions are convoluted and contradictory. It is like reading a primary school project. They mention using 'an app' to scan the sample barcode. No mention of the name of the app or any information in the instructions of where to get the app, so I searched on app store using 'Nowtest' and finding their (only) app downloaded it and discovered it only allowed for scanning QR codes NOT barcodes... Sent email to the support email address provided and received 'auto' response which includes a link to their 'common questions' page. Careful reading of this page lets me know that I need to use a browser based app and provides the link/URL. This URL was NOT in the instructions sent with the kit. So I managed to get my day 2 kit out by the evening of day 2... However I am still waiting for my day 8 test kit and it is past 4pm on day 7... Their information states I can track my package on the Royal Mail site using the tracking ID provided, but when I do this, I get the result that my package has been delivered! I also have not received my results for day 2. But at least I got my day 2 kit... My partner is still waiting for his. We ordered the tests together on the same day. He managed to procur a phone number for Nowtest from the 'government' caller (which we both get every day in quarantine), except the number does not work, there is no number provided on their website and the support email only sends back auto-replies - no human involved. This is an expensive waste of money with an extremely poor service and product attached.

No test received. DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company I am on my day 5, i haven't received the day 2 test. I don't even have tracking number for it, so nothing has been delivered. Impossible to contact them, they don't answer to emails and don't pick up the phone. People that call from the Gov say that I cannot leave home until I got a negative test. Not my fault they recomend this provider. All this is a COMPLETELY BUSINESS supported by the Gov. The Gov should pay for new tests if they want my negative test as I am not going to spend a single penny on this. If they recomend this provider take the consecuecies if they don't answer or don't support CRAZYNESS

No result yet. They won’t reply to your emails. Day 8 kit not received yet as well as tomorrow is day 8 in our case for isolation. I have pId for four kits so it’s a rip off as the anxiety and stress they are causing.

Scammers DO NOT USE

Still waiting for tests and results for day 2. It’s now day 11 and this service, which we have paid for, has not been delivered. Nobody to complain to. How are the government using this company and they are a bunch of scammers. This is fraud at its highest level

Please do NOT use this company

Please do not use this company. It is a disgrace that the UK government has them listed as a provider of the day 2 and day 8 tests. My day 2 test kit arrived on day 3. I posted it an hour after it arrived on Tuesday 30th March and have not yet received a result 8 days later! I am now on day 11 of quarantine and have not yet received my day 8 test kit. The tracking information indicates that royal mail are expecting my parcel but have not yet received it. I have emailed their support team twice and received no reply and have spoken to two representatives on the phone and neither have been able to provide me with any help. Please do not spend your money on this service. It will only cause you more stress, something we certainly do not need anymore of in these uncertain times. Edited on Saturday, 12 June: Please note that despite NowTest replying to this review asking me to contact their refund management team (something which I had already done and had received an offer of a 50% refund but then subsequently had my emails ignored), I contacted them once again and have yet to receive any reply from them to further discuss the matter. Edited 3 of August: I was told on 14 June that the request would be passed onto the credit card team. Unsurprisingly, I have heard nothing from them. It's been 4 months and their customer service team have still not sufficiently attempted to fix this issue.

Eight days out and still waiting for my…

Eight days out and still waiting for my day two results. The day ten kit still has not arrived. According to Royal Mail, they have been notified of the shipment and are still waiting on the shipment. Sent multiple emails with no response. Spoke with someone yesterday and was asked to call a number in London. The line did not work. Called back the original number and an inquiry was submitted. Still no news. Called back the next day and a new urgent inquiry was raised. Save your money this is a scam or inept operation.
