Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

An update to my review a couple of days ago. My wife and I are now on day 11. Day 2 test results not received, still pending. Day 8 tests - only 1 received. Had enough now and reading a recent review we are off out. Will have free lateral flow test tomorrow. Then I will start the process of getting our money back from credit card people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD NEWS AND YOU WILL GRT VERY FRUSTRATED PHONING AND ENAILING THEM WITH NO RESPONSE

Unreal! I wrote to NowTest before coming to the UK - the response to my email was immediate and confirmed that they could easily send us tests and provide results as per the requirements. Now, 4 days into our quarantine we have received NO TESTS and NO RESPONSES to our emails. Funny that they managed to respond to my initial email but not to any since I paid? This company is a joke! Please contact Consumer Rights and take action if you are in a similar position.

Don’t use this company
I am now on day 8 and my test kit hasn’t arrived. Day 2 was sent back 6 days ago and I am still waiting for my results.Track and trace advised me this morning that as long as I quarantine for 10 days and I don’t have any symptoms then I am free to go about my “normal” life. I would not recommend this company and I can’t understand why they are still on government list.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Like many others I have not had my day 2 result & the day 8 test kit has not been delivered. I am now on day 11. I have reported to track & trace & 119 who have both advised to seek a refund but emails do not get responded to even though I have been emailing every day & the comments section on their Instagram account has been turned off to hide all the negative comments. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Now test should be avoided... I am yet to get the rest result for my day 2, and also did not get a kit for my day 8. They don't respond to mails or calls.

Dreadful service
Dreadful service - do not use! No results from day 2 test, didn’t receive day 8 test. Total shambles. Why do the Uk government keep this company on their website? Chasing for a refund - no answer to that email or any of the emails we have sent.

Day 11 here. I only received my day 2 test but never got the results or the day 8 test. I have emailed and called them endless times but no reply so far. They are absolute scammers!!

Lousy
Lousy - this company should be fined and ordered to refund. My experience is exactly the same as all the recent reviews. It’s now day 11, No day 2 results and no day 8 test Kit. App and instructions lousy. I want my money back (as we all deserve) but can’t get an answer on that either. I have emailed numerous times this past week.

Very poor service
Agree with what everyone one else has said. I am now at the end of day 10 after travel. My day 2 test result has not been shared with me. And I haven't even received the day 8 test kit. This company seems to be failing to deliver to the required standard.
