Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.
I was not able to receive a certificate!! Unacceptable
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Received my day 2 kit on day 4 and result on day 7 Received my day 8 kit on day 10 and result on day 12 I was quite panic but I can say it was late but understandable with so many passengers arriving and having tests. I heard that many providers were dispatching day 2 and 8 kits together against the PHE instructions but lt was saving time and less hassle for the customers whereas Now Test laboratory was dispatching both tests separately under the government rules but was main cause of delay.

I received Day 2 result on the designated day but the result didn't arrive until Day 6. I was waiting patiently and assumed it was during the public holiday, hence the delay. Today is Day 9 of the quarantine, I have not received my Day 8 test kit yet and their provided contact number 02034887870 has never worked. I tried to contact them multiple times. Very useless. I am very disappointed with the service and wish I would have chosen other providers. UPDATE: Day 10 no delivery

Awful company, terrible service. I am currently on day 8 of 10-day quarantine, but my day 2 test results have still not been provided, and day 8 test has not even been delivered yet. No response to emails, messages left at their switchboard 0333 242 0507 are ignored. The helpline number they provide 0203 488 7870 is not working. I have complained to Public Health England (email to phe.complaints at phe.gov.uk) about this company and suggest everyone else does until this company is removed from the list of recommended testers. My advice - GO ELSEWHERE. Further update as NowTest FINALLY got round to responding (2 months after failing to deliver). They are now claiming that they will not issue a refund as I did not send them an email in time to refundsatnowtest.com. What a joke. I previously emailed them numerous times in the days following their obvious incompetence, and did not receive any response. BE PERSISTENT AND GET YOUR REFUND. I have processed the refund claim through my credit card and sent them the full details.

Where’s my test? They are not responding my emails. Is this a waste of £170? How a government approved provider can do this?

Absolutely disgraceful , day 9 and results from day 2 test just pending , day 8 has not turned up , how is this company allowed to keep collecting the £170 and not do anything for it ?? How do we get this company shut down , I have no hope of a refund just don’t want anyone else wasting their money on a government approved provider who doesn’t provide , a total scam .

Still no day 2 result even though I am on day 7 and posted it on day 2 before the post was collected. Still no sign of my day 8 test kit. Issues blamed on "the lab" 2 days ago, but still no result. Have made a formal complaint to the Department of Health and Social Care. UPDATE: Still no day 8 test on day 10. In my daily call yesterday I was advised to order an NHS test. As of today NowTest are STILL on the government site, despite all this. I will be applying via my credit card company for a refund. UPDATE: Day 11. I am now effectively a prisoner in my own home as a result of this company as the advice is I can't leave despite having no symptoms. Have had to cancel work. FINAL UPDATE: I just received my negative day 2 test result on DAY 21!!!! In the end I was offered an NHS test so didn't bother doing the day 8 Now Test test which finally arrived on day 11.

I have the same problem as everyone else here. My day 2 test arrived on day 3 (which is already a violation) and five days later I still don’t have the results.

UPDATE: Only today, May 24th I received this answer to the review: "Dear Ottavio Thank you for leaving a review about your experience with Nowtest. We are sorry that it was not in line with what you were expecting. You have already been in touch with both our support and refunds teams. Unfortunately, as you have received both test results I was unable to provide you with a refund for your order. Many thanks, The Nowtest Team" The results arrived indeed..... 20 days later and with wrong data. Day 8 test came back as Day 2 test and vice versa with sample dates absolutely incorect, well after my quarantine period. Have copies, pictures and video material of everything.. A delay can not be forever. But thank God I already got my money back.Continue scamming honest people. UPDATE: Day 13 today and only received the result of Day 2, although it was the sample of Day 8 in effect. They messed it up completely. UPDATE: end of day 11, still no result of both day 2 and day 8 test. Seems to be removed by today's published Government list. They are so stupid and on their website they provide the link, where their name is not stated anymore...hahahahah In my case only one thing worked well: ordering the test from abroad 1 week before landing made both test kits (Day 2 and Day 8) arrive on day 2 of my quarantine, which was March 30th. Did Day 2 test, posted in the proiority letter box on that day at 15:00 and since then nothing. Of course I will never receive the result of Day 8 (which I have to do on Easter Monday) at this point and after reading all the negative comments. If this really happens I will activate my international legal aid insurance on "Day 11". And don't forget that you need to continue your quarantine even after 10 days and wait for the result. My next trip back home to Austria, on a monthly basis for work since 2013, is on May 6th. In the worst case I will be forced to stay at home until my departure date (in total 38 full days of self isolation) ,without ever seeing a result, because only an international travel stops the quarantine. Are you crazy, dear UK Government? Remove that scammer from the list. And thanks to the one who reported to Action Fraud. Will do so as well. You should rebrand your name in "NOWTEST-NO RESULTS"
