Sariah was extremely bright, cheerful, and helpful. She answered all of our questions easily and in detail. Nothing was a problem for her,and we have booked accordingly
We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . My wife and I just completed the 14 day classic Europe holiday and it was amazing . So perfectly organised and our tour guide leader was Antonio Veiga and he really made the holiday what is was . His presentation to all the group was perfect , his knowledge with what he showed us and explained to us was outstanding and the best of all was his sense of humor he was so funny . Anyone that does this holiday and has Antonio as their tour guide will be very lucky . Our bus drive was Josh Capitano and he was the best , such a lovely person and the best bus driver I have ever seen. He always kept the bus clean and and certainly go into some tight areas that a car wouldn’t even get into . Antonio and Josh worked perfectly as a team and will one day really love to do another tour with both of them . Thank you My Cruises for offering such a perfect and affordable package to visit Europe we will certainly be looking at other holidays with you , actually we are already looking

Every part of our cruise experience with Virgin Voyages went smoothly. Cannot fault My Cruises. Initially there were a few hiccups prior to leaving which were sorted promptly. Loved the bonus $600 bar credit and $300 loot money to spend in the shops and even using funds play bingo. Would certainly recommend this company.

We are 2 have booked a cruise through mycruises paid up on the date back in November. Trying to be patient but hadn't received any notification of pre and post accommodation so gave them a call beginning of February. Eventually spoke to consultant who was very helpful a couple of days later my precruise accommodation popped up in my mycruises site but no post cruise accommodation. I went ahead and organised transfers from airport and to cruise terminal 1 month from getting on cruise Feb.25 send off polite email . Checked mycruise site next day wth my pre accommodation has changed. Rang consultant few days later just to confirm that it was correct. So I had to email to reorganise transfers. Easters here and still no post cruise accommodation. Considering they have had the money since Nov. I don't think it's too much to ask that we could of had our accommodation confirmed by now. Sounds like I'm not the only one in this situation. Not happy Grant Withers

Virgin cruises changes the itinery of our cruise so it does not suit us for the extra days we saved and paid for our cruise which cost us 8800. No money left and told we would receive only 4900 back which we have not received and now can’t afford to go on another holiday. I will never go through my cruises again

The phone staff are great BUT they have no power. We leave on our European River cruise in 2 days and have only received our flight details and one train ticket (sent by the supplier apparently by mistake). Really making the trip disappointing before it starts. Starting to think it is a scam. MYC53838. Never again Mycruises

Never again! After spending a substantial amount of money booking through mycruises for our family holiday in 4 weeks, the experience dealing with this company has put a dampener on it before it has even began. Firstly when we booked over a year ago, we were told that we would receive all our hotel information approximately 3 months before our trip. That never happened and while it made it hard to book confirmed transfers and tours, we were patient. At 8 weeks when we still hadn't heard, we were given a barrel of excuses about world issues and other cruises being cancelled blah blah blah. We were frustrated but gave them the benefit of the doubt. My son-in-law and myself have called regularly in the subsequent weeks to be told it should be "any day" now as they are finalising the group bookings. We are now 4 weeks out (the minimum time we were told by the after sales team we would receive our hotel information) and still haven't heard. I want to add I give 1 star because up until now the customer service people have been very polite (8/3/24 call logged with Elise was the only agent we have had who really tried to do something and made more effort than other agents but still to no positive outcome) and that's when it became quite apparent they have no control over anything at all. Nothing they do would impact the outcome as they are simply cogs in the wheel of lies. Just given the corporate rhetoric to spew to us insignificant people (they already have our money, why bother upping the customer service game) But this morning when I rang, I had the rudest customer service agent "Mike" speak down to me and give me attitude simply because I have the audacity to be cranky about the situation. He even told me I should feel lucky because people flying out next week don't have their information yet!!!!!! like WTH!! how are these people still in business!! So now it seems the 3 months was a lie, the 4-8 weeks was a lie and now we have to come to terms with the fact we won't get information until the week we fly out! It simply is not good enough. They continue to blame everyone else (the world events, the suppliers etc) instead of taking accountability for their poor travel management. We were planning another large vacation next year with even more of our immediate family with one of their packages. It would have been $80-100k sale for them, but after how this is going, I think we will just go back to our other travel agent. MYC-39885 and MYC-39831

We are about to do Europe 25 day tour has anyone did it through my cruises , I’m getting worried reading these reviews, pretty hard to find out who the actual tour is with , hotels aren’t confirmed yet but full payment has been paid

We had a 15 hr layover in Houston and after negotiations, Mycruises agreed to a hotel room. The hotel turned out to be a $241.00 return taxi ride from the airport. I emailed Mycruises only to be told the hotel is within the parameters of an acceptable hotel, although they couldn’t tell me what the parameters are or who sets them. I would suggest if Mycruises offer “free hotels”, check with them how much it will cost to travel to the hotel or secure a travel voucher with the booking. Update received an email from Mycruises saying that the expensive taxi fare was out of their control. I disagree, they should never have booked a hotel so far away from the airport. Obviously I’m never going to get a satisfactory outcome from Mycruises. Booking no 21589
