We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality .
