MSC Magnifica vibes were unmatched
I went on the MSC MAGNIFICA for a 7 day Mediterranean cruise with my family and we had an incredible time. It was our first time on a cruise, the staff (most especially the entertainment staff) were amazing, the food was of a good standard and there was more than enough of it. Overall the ship was really clean and well kept, we’ll definitely be back again.

The whole experience was great lovely…
The whole experience was great lovely ship plenty to do. So easy to park and embark the ship all done in about 20 minutes. Staff were excellent so friendly and helpful they work so hard. We are true MSC fans now and will be booking again soon.

This Cruise was simply adequate
This Cruise was simply adequate. Yes there were some lovely moments ashore and listening to the Singers around the Ship, but the experience was below par. Morale of most staff was low and this impacted upon our Cruise. The Ship was not cleaned properly, which was a shame, because it is a beautiful Ship.

I had a voucher from all the complaints…
I had a voucher from all the complaints I made on my trip on the 28th September 2024 to 12th October. This was my money and instead you give a voucher, but can only book with MSC direct as cruise companies say it takes a long time to get the money back from MSC and therefore I have to pay for this. I booked with MSC direct who are more expensive than others chose Aurea but there were no benefits. I felt the food was bland and not well displayed. Kids in the Adult section whirlpool on deck 19 people were leaving 7 kids on their own. Disorganised with the Shuttles for Lerwick terrible getting a ticket and then waiting for 1 hour 10 minutes for our time to leave then 1 hour in the raining. you had only 4 registered tenders, never had this with other cruise companies. Leaving us in the rain was not good. Just disorganised. just read the negatives on Facebook,, many are being paid by MSC to say everything, well it is not. Last cruise someone fell off deck 18 and unfortunately died and therefore had to injure this very upsetting for us.

Fantastic
Although a couple of small things we were unhappy with including many drinks not available, this did not change the fact that we were very well looked after by ALL staff and we really did have a fantastic time.
