Won’t be using MSC again
Poor buffet like being in a school canteen extremely busy and very loud. Food quality just isn’t the same as other cruise companies. Unhelpful staff no one goes out of there way to help, If you drink Fanta or Aperol spritz forget it, they run out everyday even after purchasing the deluxe drinks package.

This company could improve by not adding extras on you bill, that other provide free of charge. eg an interim account from reception cost £2.00 The trips attract extortionate, eg £11 for a bus to take you a short drive to a railway station ( Zeebruger ).

It was almost great
It was almost great , good cabin , food , bars entertainment all good , but the location of the cabin was not acceptable, don’t choose this cabin 8259 , view of staff smoking , smell of smoke , doors slamming all night, unless you don’t mind and your a smoker ?

Great value, great food and quality service
Our recent cruise on Virtuosa was absolutely amazing. Main dining room has upped there game regarding food quality and choice. Big busy ship but always places to get away, friendly service and great value.
