A Fantastic Cruise Experience on MSC…
A Fantastic Cruise Experience on MSC Virtuosa! I’ve been cruising with MSC Cruises several times now, and my recent voyage on the MSC Virtuosa has once again exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The quality and presentation were consistently excellent throughout the trip. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and eager to make our experience memorable. I would like to give special commendation to several team members who went above and beyond: Restaurant Team: • Setiawab Putu Adi • Vinu Sivadas • Tinil Sunny • Mark Aligonero Bar Team: • Mary Jane Madrid – Infinity and Champagne Bar • Angeline Ann – Piano Bar They were all fantastic and incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile and attentive service. The entertainment on board was brilliant, with high-energy performances and a diverse programme to enjoy every evening. I particularly loved the evening theme parties, which were so much fun and really brought guests together. A huge shoutout to the cast of “Dirty Dancing” and “Hall of Fame” – both shows were top-tier and incredibly well performed! A small suggestion for improvement: On the Bilbao self-tour excursion, I recommend offering or selling metro tickets onboard or including them as part of the excursion package. The queue to purchase tickets at the station was quite long and delayed our travel into the city centre. Alternatively, consider offering a paid shuttle bus transfer as part of the self-tour option to ease the process for guests. Overall, MSC Virtuosa continues to deliver fantastic cruising experiences. I look forward to sailing with MSC again soon

Buffet was a let down overall
Food in the buffet was plentiful but not a lot of organisation on where things were. If you liked burgers pizza and hot dogs then you were ok. I like curry but it was all on the bone. Deserts were bland and minuscule. I struggled to piece a meal together.

Filthy cabin and balcony
Our cabin was filthy and took two days to be cleaned. Full of suspicious grime and filth throughout. Took 2 days to sort out and we had to put up with it until then. Complete lack of effort to rectify it as the ship was full and they didn’t have capacity to sort it until our 3rd day of a 7 day cruise. Finally after a manager visited the room he thought the dirty was stains and unable to remove. I had to physically clean the kettle and side board in front of him to show it was cleanable and then he just said “yes, we need to sort this, it will be done”

All staff are friendly and helpful, always lots of activities to join in with during any time of the day, theatre shows are amazing! A little bit too busy for me and my family’s liking but overall, a great cruise line to go cruising with
