Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Complete sham of a company! They were provided as my legal cover on car insurance, and have been a complete waste of money. Over a year ago I was injured in a car accident which wasn't my fault. On the initial call with Minster the adviser was very "boys will be boys" when I stated that the driver crashed into me whilst playing on their phone with their passenger. They then lost most of the notes from that call and I had to have another very lengthy call regarding my numerous injuries. They cancelled the physio appointments I was referred to by my insurer, it then took six months to arrange a five minute doctor's appointment, where I was referred back to physio and to a specialist. I had to travel over an hour each way into a different county, take the day off of work, and pay extortionate parking fees and was told that I wasn't eligible for any expenses, even though they sent me an expenses form to complete. This was over six months ago, and I haven't been able to speak to anyone to arrange this. This was also the last time anyone was available to take my call. They seemed to lose all evidence provided including dash cam footage, cctv footage, and witness information and statements, telling me that I would need to go to court as it was my word against theirs, then backtracked when I pointed out that I'd happily go to court considering the evidence I had provided. My injuries still affect my life over a year later almost daily. The communication is absolutely awful. No one is ever available to talk to, and most emails are automated, on the very rare occasion that you get an actual reply they never respond to your email or any of your requests, just acknowledge that it's been "a while" and apologise for how busy they are. Over a year later I have absolutely no idea what is happening or where I stand with anything. My online account and case tracker has never been updated despite numerous requests. Having given up several months ago, I asked how I go about getting whatever pay out I'm owed so that I can seek private care, no one has responded. I've attempted to escalate a complaint a few times and get no response. SHOUT OUT TO WHOEVER RESPONDED BELOW USING MY FIRST NAME WHEN I DIDN'T GIVE IT FOR PRIVACY REASONS, THEREFORE BREAKING GDPR. FURTHER PROOF OF JUST WHAT A SHAM LEGAL FIRM IT IS.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Had no updates for months despite chasing. Raised a complaint and was compensated for lack of updates. Despite this I have still not received confirmation of the position of my claim and are now being ignored by the complaints team also!! V poor customer service

I had a motorbike crash back in 2023 and I have spent all of the time from then until today (June 2025) under the help and guidance of minster law. Andrew sloan, jawad Ahmed and Gemma Stanley were the team around my case and to say they done their job would be an understatement. All of the team went above and beyond in every effort they did and made sure I understood every step of the way. A special mention for Andrew who was the case leader and who I have built a strong friendship with over the 2 years. Andrew would check in regularly and make sure I was okay not just regarding the case but with day-to-day life as he understood the loneliness and mental pressure that being involved in a life changing accident was having on me. Agin going above and beyond. Andrew and the team are a real testament to the company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and reassuring experience during a difficult time. I am very happy with the personal service I received from Sophie Davies and the outcome of my case. As hard as the process has been, it would have been more difficult without Sophie’s empathy, understanding, kindness and patience. Sophie’s professional, open and warm approach gave me confidence in this matter being settled fairly for all parties. Sophie said she couldn’t promise anything but that she would do her best to help me get a fair settlement, and she did. The settlement can’t undo the damage or pain, however, it will give me some financial stability and control, and allow me to try different things with less stress and pressure to find a solution quickly. So poor, no communication unless you contact them, over 2 years in from my accident where guy hit me while on my motorbike and drove off but there still saying I'm 60% to blame even though police have said otherwise. Steer clear of these if you can such bad service cannot recommend at all. Don't know what you mean with your reply, nobody has been in touch with me since I posted this. This reply sums everything up about this company. 😡
