Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Absolutely terrible communication

Absolutely terrible communication. Do not respond to any emails, calls. Still waiting for a response from a car accident that happened 2 yes ago and not received payment. If these are recommended by your car insurance, avoid and ask for a different law firm!
