Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

I got knocked off my motorbike almost a week ago and was passed on to Minster Law via my Insurance Company, my first phone call i was politely greeted by a Mr Mohammed Waqar, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and easily understand the next steps moving forward with my claim. Fast and Reliable
I was recommended to Minster Law by my insurers after I had a really bad car accident in May 2024. I was listened to and looked after since then to date. They offered me much needed physiotherapy very soon. The platform provided on their website for updating situations and documents is very user friendly. My case was handled by Dominic and he was polite and empathetic. I am awaiting compensation and hoping that it would all end well soon.
