Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Here we are again. Weeks after the most recent 'assurance', nothing has happened. Yet again told half truths and given feeble excuses. This company consistently reaches new depths of incompetence and dishonesty. Now told it will be 'some weeks' before I hear from a 'claim handler'. Maybe I'll receive a payout before my grandson retires, though I doubt it

This is another rewiew to add to one already posted. This company is completely incompetant, tell lies, are self serving and I suspect are really working for the third party and not the client. No name on emails, no phone number to ring and when trying to complain are confronted with a brick wall. If you insurance comoany has appointed this so-called law company, request another company and avoid at all costs! Would have given zero stars but the system will not allow me.

Minster Law were appointed by my insurance company after a car accident (other driver at fault, their insurance provider accepted responsibility). 4 months down the line and I get no response to emails, nobody signs emails so I have no name to get back to. I have asked to lodge an official complaint and been met with silence. As other reviewers have said - AVOID! Especially if they were appointed by your insurers!

This is the 2nd review I'm writing about this appalling business and I will continue to complete reviews every 6 months until they actually resolve my case. At this point, I wouldnt be at all surprised if I'll still be doing reviews in 5 years time. They asked for my reference after the first review and nobody got in touch to address the issue, although I had a blank email from Katherine Sharkey a couple of weeks ago, which was about as informative as the emails from Minster that have some text are, so thanks for that. My very straight forward claim has been ongoing for almost 18 months now. It's been sat with the paralegal team 'drafting the paperwork' for 5 months. There is no real justification for this other than the team are dealing with cases in date order. No timescales as to how long this backlog is or which date they are currently on. Minster, when you respond to this review, please provide details of your Executive Director as I'd like to provide them with the timeline of your absolute incompetence. See how acceptable they think the service is. For your own sanity, if you are thinking of using this company, don't! How a company that deal in law can behave this way is just beyond me.

After a motorcycle accident I was referred to Minter law. My first initial contact was with a gentleman named Mohammed Waqar. Mohammed was extremely polite and very professional, handling my details and starting the initial introduction process. I have since spoken to other members of the Minster law team, I really feel that they are all 100% in your corner and nothing is too much for them. Great work guys!
