Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! My claim has been in process since November 2021. I have answered absolutely every email and request received from Minster Law, provided ALL evidence for my financial losses including personal payslips from my employer etc, and now they inform me the file was closed a year ago and despite them saying they would reopen, there was an error their end and they didn’t reopen which means the case cannot now be progressed to court. I had 2 years of absolutely no contact from Minster Law, despite me emailing and trying to contact in other ways. I have been chasing for updates for the last 7 months, and have not received anything until now which is a letter from them stating the limitation date has passed so the claim is closed. I have been informed via phone they accept fault and apologise etc, however when I asked for this to be put in writing via email they did not. The medical report has consistently been incorrect, despite me reporting the errors on 6 occasions. DO NOT use this company, I believe they delay contact etc to get out of proceeding claims. I have never ever experienced such an unprofessional company before, especially for those who are solicitors themselves and should know the legal frameworks.

I had an accident recently & I was lucky enough to speak to Lisa Warburton who was dealing with my claim. Lisa was very professional but also empathetic with what I’ve experienced. I don’t do reviews quite often, but after over a year of frustration, I feel I need to share my experience. I was involved in a no-fault accident in June 2024. I was rear-ended by a vehicle that was itself hit from behind. Despite this being a clear-cut case, my claim has still not progressed, and I’ve spent the past year chasing updates with little to no information given. Unfortunately, my experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing. In particular, a staff member named Jess was consistently unhelpful — every time I called, I was told “I don’t know” or “we don’t give updates.” Not once was I provided with any useful information or sense of progress. I understand delays happen, but no updates for over a year is simply unacceptable. The only information I’ve ever been given is that they need to resubmit the claim to the third party issuer. I honestly don’t know how difficult that process is, but surely, for a solicitor who practices in this field every day, it shouldn’t take over a year to handle something as fundamental as resubmitting a claim. It leaves me questioning the efficiency and expertise of the team handling my case. The only bit of hope I’ve had was after speaking with a lovely and professional lady named Nazima. She actually listened, acknowledged my concerns, and promised to escalate the matter to a team leader to finally move things forward. I’m grateful for her support, I only hope this isn't going to lead to another year of chasing. What frustrates me the most is that this isn’t a free service. For something I’m paying for, the lack of communication, transparency, and urgency is completely unacceptable. I genuinely hope this feedback helps improve your client service because from my experience so far, it’s been nothing short of a nightmare.
