First contact with Minister Law
I was referred to Minster Law after being involved in an accident which was the fault of the third party . I spoke to Kevin Russell who was very helpful and explained the process to me in detail. Thank you!
Minster Law receives consistently positive reviews. Customers particularly appreciate professional and service, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Minster Law on a legal claim, and I couldn't be more grateful for the support and service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to securing the best outcome for me. A special thank you to my solicitor, Matthew Wild, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was approachable, thorough, and always kept me informed at every stage. His dedication and clear communication made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle, and I always felt that my case was in safe hands. I'm very pleased to say that the case was successfully closed in my favour, and I have no doubt that Matthew's hard work played a key role in that result. I highly recommend Minster Law, and especially Matthew Wild, to anyone in need of expert legal support. Thank you again for everything!

Natalie Mason has effectively handled the claims relating to our 3 children following a car accident. Natalie has been responsive, informative, kind and warm in all interactions. The only reason I have not ranked as 5 star is that our original nominated case handler left suddenly with no notification or updates received from the company, leaving me needing to chase to clarify the situation. All has been well since Natalie took over.

If you have the choice, run – don't walk – in the opposite direction of this firm. My experience was not merely stressful; it was an infuriating, year-long odyssey through a labyrinth of incompetence and disregard. My insurance company's erroneous directive to use this firm was the first in a cascade of regrettable errors. What followed was a stark demonstration of how a legal firm can actively impede, rather than facilitate, a client's claim. The incorrect legal advice provided by their "support team" didn't just delay my claim by over eight months; it threatened to derail the entire outcome. The fact that I, the client, had to identify and correct their fundamental mistake speaks volumes about their supposed expertise. Reporting this critical error initiated a complaints process so spectacularly mismanaged it beggars belief. Despite their own stated 14-day resolution period, it took an astonishing 84 days for my complaint to be investigated – a period during which my repeated follow-ups were met with radio silence. But the agony didn't end there: it took even longer for them to finally correct the flawed legal advice they had initially provided. This blatant disregard for their own procedures and the critical nature of legal guidance ultimately forced me to escalate the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. Beyond the catastrophic advice and complaints handling, their administrative blunders were equally staggering. Contract paperwork was processed incorrectly, granting them powers they were not authorised to wield on my behalf. This isn't just shoddy; it's a profound breach of trust. Throughout this torturous year, the "support" team proved to be anything but. Emails went unanswered, requested callbacks never materialised, and genuine assistance was a mythical concept. Clients are not just treated as inconsequential; they are evidently viewed as mere cogs in a broken machine, devoid of individual concern. This firm doesn't just fail to provide adequate support; it actively creates an environment of anxiety and frustration. Go elsewhere.Your peace of mind, and the successful outcome of your claim, depend on it.

Very happy with my experience with Minster Law. There was plenty of information provided to assist in my understanding of the claims process and I was kept updated at every stage. I felt I could contact them if I needed to and any questions I had were answered. I would recommend them and request them again should I need to. Many thanks for all your help.

After being giving the running around and being passed on from one Incompetent lawyer to the next going to hospital for scans and CBT my daughter is still in the dark after being involved in a car accident after some did a hit a run. Lauren Morley has failed to respond to any follow up emails, you ring the number and no one picks up, poor customer service, no communication, Minster Law just doesn't care about their customers at all. I wonder how many false reviews have been added to Tripadvisor. I'm sure they'll get there commision on a poor case handling if they even support us. Not surprised on how people can drive around with no insurance knowing companies like these will drag their feet. Here's Minster Law mission statement on their website. "We’re here for you at every step, with expert advice and support, keeping everything moving towards a positive resolution."
