Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Emma Jackson made me feel looked after, listened to and understood. It’s difficult after an accident to discuss it and review your personal injuries etc. Perfect blend of friendliness, professionalism and humour. I feel safe with Emma. At the end of our meeting and complicated wording of documents explained I trust the process moving forward.

After a horrible car accident with a non-insured driver, Mallory Binks provided me with compassionate and helpful guidance. She was sympathetic and I feel she went above and beyond ensuring I received the settlement she felt I deserved regarding my injuries. Still waiting after accident in September 2023. Informed was settled in January 2025 and would receive money in 4- 5 weeks (not 5-6 as prev stated). Then nothing ~ eventually replied say was on holiday until end April 2025 and would chase up - then nothing ~ again. Very bad at communicating ~ all goes very quiet after initial phone call to get you to sign up with them. Have never known anything to take so long! Still waiting...................

Had a phone call from this company and spoke to Tina Davies, the day after my car accident. My insurance company sent me through to them and i was quite nervous as id never had an accident or put a claim in before, but Tina was amazing and very helpful at explaining everything and making sure I understood everything clearly. I felt very comfortable straight away and felt much better about the whole situation.
