Go elsewhere if you can

If you have the choice, run – don't walk – in the opposite direction of this firm. My experience was not merely stressful; it was an infuriating, year-long odyssey through a labyrinth of incompetence and disregard. My insurance company's erroneous directive to use this firm was the first in a cascade of regrettable errors. What followed was a stark demonstration of how a legal firm can actively impede, rather than facilitate, a client's claim. The incorrect legal advice provided by their "support team" didn't just delay my claim by over eight months; it threatened to derail the entire outcome. The fact that I, the client, had to identify and correct their fundamental mistake speaks volumes about their supposed expertise. Reporting this critical error initiated a complaints process so spectacularly mismanaged it beggars belief. Despite their own stated 14-day resolution period, it took an astonishing 84 days for my complaint to be investigated – a period during which my repeated follow-ups were met with radio silence. But the agony didn't end there: it took even longer for them to finally correct the flawed legal advice they had initially provided. This blatant disregard for their own procedures and the critical nature of legal guidance ultimately forced me to escalate the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. Beyond the catastrophic advice and complaints handling, their administrative blunders were equally staggering. Contract paperwork was processed incorrectly, granting them powers they were not authorised to wield on my behalf. This isn't just shoddy; it's a profound breach of trust. Throughout this torturous year, the "support" team proved to be anything but. Emails went unanswered, requested callbacks never materialised, and genuine assistance was a mythical concept. Clients are not just treated as inconsequential; they are evidently viewed as mere cogs in a broken machine, devoid of individual concern. This firm doesn't just fail to provide adequate support; it actively creates an environment of anxiety and frustration. Go elsewhere.Your peace of mind, and the successful outcome of your claim, depend on it.
