Lycamobile has the worst service ever

Lycamobile has the worst service and to be honest customer service is at the lowest level I have ever had in my life. I took an E-Sim pay as you go card, when creating an account auto-renewal is automatically turned on, so I warn everyone to keep this in mind. I removed my E-Sim card from my phone and my lycamobile account, unfortunately the money was still being taken from my bank account.. for over a month I have been trying to contact lycamobile service via live chat, phone and email. Each attempt ends with no response from lycamobile. No knowledge on how to solve the problem, they cut me off by simply ending the conversation. I have tried several times and every time it is the same. I am forced to go to my bank and ask them to block the payment with lycamobile, because on their side it is simply not possible. I do not recommend it and I honestly advise against it to anyone because I lost a lot of time trying to communicate with the service.

Paid for a USA roaming pack

Paid for a USA roaming pack. Worked initially (5G) but then had to manually attach to an inferior 4G network. Asked for help but received a reply after I had returned. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

ROAMING DOES NOT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR NO ONE REPLIES TO ANY EMAIL Multiple emails sent on 7th, 8th, 9th and 14th april to cs at lycamobile dot co .uk and complaints at lycamobile. dot co dot uk but not a single reply Before leaving for the international trip I had topped up ALL IN ONE PLUS 15 which is Supposed to give 80 GB of data and also had the NATIONAL PLUS UK running but for some reason it just did not work while overseas. Had roaming enabled. But this is not about data, even OTPs did not come. This has happenned many times before also in Spain, in Europe and other countries. I mean its ok if if it does not work, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is so poor, no one replies to any email and not even acknowledges the email been with LYCA for 10 years and STILL THIS SERVICE. AVOID THIS COMPANY

The Worst Mobile Network

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Lyca Mobile UK. I ordered an eSIM and activated it in the UK without any issues. However, when I traveled to Spain a week later, things took a turn for the worse. Despite getting a 5G signal from the network carrier Orange, I was never able to connect to the internet. I tried everything suggested in the FAQ and even used their chatbot, but nothing worked. I also sent an email to their customer service, hoping for some assistance, but received no response even after my trip. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. I will never use Lyca Mobile again and would advise others to avoid it as well. It is the worst mobile network I have ever encountered.

Lyca mobile, don't waste your time.

Lyca mobile must have one of the slowest customer service centers. Tried many times and on the phone 30 to 45 minutes on hold in a queue. Had clients stating my phone number when dialled says unable to connect, number not recognised although I was a Lyca mobile customer.. Network issues most weeks, I have a EE company phone and compared the network performance and Lyca was very under preforming. All in All very poor. And the customer service one of the worse I have had to try and deal with... REPLY.. I had several issues from clients and explained this Data Protection to protect personal numbers, but still had the same duplicate email on repeat. Lyca mobile I informed you I was moving, and keep my payment upfront made as use it to better the service. Like mentioned my rest of the family will be moving asap..
