Lycamobile has the worst service ever
Lycamobile has the worst service and to be honest customer service is at the lowest level I have ever had in my life. I took an E-Sim pay as you go card, when creating an account auto-renewal is automatically turned on, so I warn everyone to keep this in mind. I removed my E-Sim card from my phone and my lycamobile account, unfortunately the money was still being taken from my bank account.. for over a month I have been trying to contact lycamobile service via live chat, phone and email. Each attempt ends with no response from lycamobile. No knowledge on how to solve the problem, they cut me off by simply ending the conversation. I have tried several times and every time it is the same. I am forced to go to my bank and ask them to block the payment with lycamobile, because on their side it is simply not possible. I do not recommend it and I honestly advise against it to anyone because I lost a lot of time trying to communicate with the service.
