Awful. Avoid at all costs. Infuriating having to wait at least 30 mins on hold only to speak to multiple people who cannot speak English even remotely. Furious for wasting my time. I simply needed help with getting my sim to work after waiting an entire week to get my number transferred across. Now I can’t even go elsewhere as it’s not functional. Angry is an understatement.

Hands down the most useless network provider to exist. Been having issues for a little over 4 weeks now, have made a complaint and am getting generic emails every 4-5 days not answering any questions or resolving the issue. I keep getting a sim failure issue and i lose all network and the only way to et it back is to hard reset my phone. I've requested a physical sim instead of the e-sim to no avail. Sat on the live chat for hours and hours on end and no one responds. Tried phoning several times spend 5-10 mins explaining the issue then boom the service all drops out and so does the call and i have to go through the whole process again.

Took out an eSIM contract in September 2024 for my business. Can never get a signal (line is always on 0 bars). If I turn my phone off and on again it sometimes comes up to a couple of bars briefly then disappears again. Cannot get through to a customer service agent AT ALL, numerous emails have gone unanswered (some even get bounced back for the complaints email listed on their website). This has affected my business, so I’m in the process of porting my number over to O2 as they are more reliable. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for - the cheap price isn’t worth the hassle! My next issue will be terminating my contact which I have no idea how I’ll be able to do seen as I can’t get through to anyone. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs!

Bought esim in advance with 30GB bundle for UK. The price was very good (5£), finds out too good to be true. The bundle didn't activate for some unknown reasons (Likely I was suppose to activate esim only after arriving to UK and notbefore that, however that was not stated anywhere so how should I know), help desk was useless as it was weekend. The only good experience (and a star for that) that I've got a full refund after all that disaster.

Seems the only way to get any response for something that's gone wrong is to write a 1 start review. My number port from Lyca has been botched and since I sent off information asked for by the trustpilot lyca email address, my service has now been cut off and my number seems to be unavailable and lost in the digital ether. I've had it for nearly 30 years and run my business through it. Awful, awful customer service. Lyca is cheap for a reason.
