I have been with lyca pay as you go sim and switched to another provider but Lyca keep sending me emails to pay the monthly subscription and threatening me to report to credit reference agency, contacted customer service multiple times but no answer,I have tried to pay the money that’s can’t be done as the number is not valid anymore, no idea what to do!

The SIM says I do not have credit when it is a 30day rolling contract. I cannot use the feature of “roam like home” which I wanted to take advantage of. Disappointed

I wanted to cancel my contract as it was a second phone line and I wasn't using it enough to justify the monthly payment. Overall the service I received was great although they could make cancelling the contract a little easier by allowing you to do it online by logging into your account. The only way I could cancel the contract was to call customer services and I was on hold for over 20 minutes. That said when I did get put through to a customer service agent the process was all very straightforward. I was put through to a very polite and helpful lady named KAVITHA who explained the termination process and actioned my request. I would have loved to have given Lyca Mobile 5 stars, however I feel the cancellation process could be streamlined by offering an option to do it online. You can upgrade but I found no clear way to cancel the contract. Still overall my dealings with Lyca were very good!! 5 star rating for KAVITHA and 4 stars for Lyca Mobile UK.

I bought a pre pay sim for old Nokia I used when I run and after several attempt I was not able to active the Sim card (the old mobile does not let write letter to call). I tried via 322, 321 but nothing...and I have have 10£ voucher for nothing (it did not let me use it...I suppose because card not activated). Anyway I bought 02 pre paid sim, inserted and all done in 30 sec...

I initially purchased a SIM with a plan during one of Lyca Mobile's promotions. The purchase didn’t go through, so I reordered — but by then the promotion had ended. The next day, I found out Lyca Mobile had deducted both payments from my account! I called customer service and was told both subscriptions would be cancelled and my refund would be processed within 7 days. It's now been over a month and I’m still chasing them for my money. To make things worse, they deducted an additional £10 from my account today — even though I never set up a direct debit and had already cancelled everything! No SIM, no refund, and now extra money taken without my permission. Lyca Mobile has been nothing but a nightmare. Avoid them at all cost!

customer services rubbish signed up on Saturday, got loads of emails with no proper info on them about the contract I signed up for. Gave a PAC code so dont know if my current number is going to disconnect rom current network.

Tbh, it was actually great, I got attended on the problem I had, and told they r gonna work on it and fix it, ASAP. And the person that answered the call…(Lara…or L…something, sry I’m pretty bad with names😅) she was really good; listening to my needs and helping me with the problems 5/5 to her. And only problem I had was the time the call took to respond; I tried calling three times 2 days before, it went on and on (22,27,30min) without response… and I tried again today and got it after like 22 mins.So, yeah great service overall, a little slow on the time; at the end of the day as long as my problem is solved, I’m happy with anything. Recently finished my contract with EE so thought I'd give PAYG with Lyca a go. Bad experience so far.. tried to ring numerous times and noone can help. Online chat is useless. My number has been ported over from EE but I can tell it hasn't been done properly. I'm only receiving some text messages, call quality is poor and keeps cutting out, and the esim has number down as 440000000 so it's registered wrong on my phone and I can't use RCS messanger. Can anyone help!?
