Avoid! Problems with service and non existent customer service
Took out an eSIM contract in September 2024 for my business. Can never get a signal (line is always on 0 bars). If I turn my phone off and on again it sometimes comes up to a couple of bars briefly then disappears again. Cannot get through to a customer service agent AT ALL, numerous emails have gone unanswered (some even get bounced back for the complaints email listed on their website). This has affected my business, so I’m in the process of porting my number over to O2 as they are more reliable. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for - the cheap price isn’t worth the hassle! My next issue will be terminating my contact which I have no idea how I’ll be able to do seen as I can’t get through to anyone. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs!
