I didn't receive my sim. And I was trying to get a bundle for my old sim. I have already. They deduct money and I just received an email you have received your sim. Strange. Pathetic. Give my credit back. And if you can't maintain your website so customer should be replaced lyca with any other network. I tried multiple times for bundle purchasing monthly sim but every time on payment it's stuck. Very embarrassed one.

Diabolical. Tried to buy 3 sims. Transaction kept failing so it said try again. 4th time successful. Now received 12 sims and been charged 4 times. Spent 5 hrs yesterday trying to sort it out, absolute joke. Can't speak to anyone. Live chat just waited over 2 hrs for a colleague and then timed out due to inaction! Got to try again today. Do not use...you are on your own if you have any problems.

Their EU roaming data simply doesn't work. Got nearly 40GB left and it just won't work. Customer service is non existent. Have written them an email days ago, no reply. Can't reach anyone over the phone. Basically burnt all my credits after 20 minutes in the "waiting line". I'm switching operator as soon as I land back in the UK.
