Had to wait a while to get through to someone (not great), but when I did Rose was very helpful and patient as I'd made a bit of a mess of PAC codes which she sorted out for me. Very grateful and glad to have got it all done in one call - often not as easy as that.

Only if I could give below 1 star. Absolutely disgusting customer service. It's been more than a month since I have been trying to chase these lots to correct the address. Their system is absolutely outdated. I put the postcode while placing a paymonthly and I selected my address from the dropdown list. I don't understand how it didn't include my flat number. That's the day and today I have been emailing and calling yet no response from them. I have provided all the information they needed yet whenever I called they transfer to paymonthly department and again the same old shit saying you need to email and wait for 24-48 hrs. Like SERIOUSLY!!!!! From over a month now, their 24-48 hrs response time is not ending. Absolutely outrageous and disgusting unprofessional service. They're taking the mickey out of customer's patience. They have absolutely ZERO professionalism. Extremely poor customer service. I don't understand what's the point of having agents on call when they cannot resolve the issue over the phone. They always give the same shittiest excuse "we can only follow up to email department" and their email department is always neglecting customers urgency. If these lots are so dead on emails/phones then why don't they upgrade their system and let the customers make the necessary corrections to their accounts to save the hassle from calling back and forth. I have been emailing and calling just to get my flat number included in my first line of address. Honestly, unethical and unprofessional service. I would high recommend people to AVOID LYCA.
AVOID LYCAMOBILE. I used the sim for a 2 week period in December, and they have been charging me every month since then without my consent. I noticed immediately that I was being charged and have been contacting them to cancel it for months but their customer service team is being incredibly obstructive and not allowing me to cancel, or giving me a refund for the months they have been charging me without my consent. They take weeks to respond via email and it's impossible to reach them on the phone. After giving them every detail they could possibly need, they're telling me the only way to cancel is to download an app which is impossible to download from any country outside the UK. The signal was also bad while I was using the SIM. Do not use!!! Worst customer service experience I have ever had and I am still stuck paying this monthly charge after months of trying to contact them and cancel.
Update: I just changed from 1 star to 5 stars, because of the support agent named John Henry. He was so helpful, I spoke to around 9 agents on different occasions, but only one call with John sorted it all for me. Thanks so much. Unable to reach customer care number, I accidentally deleted my e sim, and am now going round and round in circles, no reply on the emails either.
Absolute shocking lack of customer service. Promise for a manager to call back but still waiting after 4 days. Still not fixed the issue so I’m am going to a better network. Should change their name to Liar mobile!!
