Horrendous service. I purchased a £4.50 per month esim (assuming this would come with a phone number - as the description mentions minutes and texts/calls) only to discover once activated the sim doesn't actually come with a phone number. I needed this to activate a WhatsApp business account. I've made the £4.99 12 month plan purchase and now have no way of contacting them to either cancel or see if they can allocate me a phone number. The online agent is extremely frustrating, and when you ask to speak to a human it simply says "wait to be connected" and NEVER connects. The phone number is even worse. Never giving an option to speak to an agent and just hanging up on you when you don't select one of the options it gives you (even though none of them apply.) I assume I'm about to be charged £4.50 every month for something which is no use to me and have NO way of contacting the company - absolutely RIDICULOUS service. Never seen anything like it. BAD BAD BAD BAD 4 WEEKS AND STILL CANT USE 2 NUMBERS...NAVEEN FROM TRUSTPILOT HASNT EVEN HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL ME OR TO ADVISE ME IN ANY WAY WHAT THE HOLD UP IS. THIS HAS CAUSED ME SO MUCH STRESS. I AM TAKING LEGAL ADVICE AS THIS ISSUE SHOULD NOT TAKE 4 WEEKS TO SORT AND ITS STILL NOT SORTED!!!! Worst company ever ..just no customer service at all and they don't resolve anything have had issues since 3rd of April...NAVEEN U CLEARLY DON'T CARE HOW LYCA TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS...LS CAN U ESCALATE THE WHOLE ISSUE AND GET THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME ASAP!!! Avoid at all cost. Customer service non existent! I thought I’d give it a shot despite the bad reviews… I ordered an eSIM. The QR code had expired. Support just didn’t exist… my time is money. I cannot afford to waste my time in this way
On friday I bought a sim deal monthly contract from lyca. I didn't got any confirmation about it. Next day I got a email saying I paid 12.50£. I wanted get in touch with lyca on Wednesday next week and the problems started. Impossible to talk to human on the chat! Have tried for few hours! Very difficult to ring customer service. After about 2 hours I finally have spoken to someone and wanted cancel this contract but they didn't know what they do and they was transferring me to a different agents and I finished on the main automated menu! Tell how i can get my money back?! I have send you an email, and I'm waiting for a response
