30Gb gone in 2 hours?????

I purchased a 60Gb bundle for 30 Day, £15. 2 hours later it was gone! How’s that even possible, I was only watching Sky Go?

Stay well away. Rubbish Network

Stay well away. Reception is poor. Customer service doesn't help. They took the complaint. Told me they would deal with it but won't revert back. Called following day to chase and no record of complaint due to associate failed to get all details. Left again within 4 days and no refund. Also asked to complain via email and no one has even acknowledged receipt

Got charged monthly for a non-working sim card

TERRIBLE Experience. My e-sim that I bought failed upon activation and the first lyca agent I called then forgot to switch off the auto-renewal option. I was left with an auto-renewing, bricked e-sim, that I had ZERO access to because it was BRICKED. Once I finally got hold of this with the costumer service after TWO MONTHS and multiple calls, the last agent I spoke with told me he can't refund me the first auto-renewal charge but only the most recent one, because of their T&Cs. And because I have accepted their T&Cs I must accept this. Full Stop. No further explanation. I was charged for something I was not even able to use... As a side info: I'm using a latest gen Iphone, so the reason why the E-sim bricked is very unlikely my phone, but Lycas subpar IT system. I also activated it well within the UK mainland and in an area with very good reception... Stay away.

Scam

Don't choose Lyca at all you will waste your money and time! Any issues they can't resolve and Customer Service is ( sorry to say that ) useless. Can't hold on anyone through the phone and even there is no information which in queue you are. Tried chat box - no connection to the live consultant ( I was waiting 1 hour). Emailed them - after back and forward emails I have received new E- sim on my email, however is not working at all and I sent emails but now no one is responding - for me 100 % scam .This company should be reported. I don't have an access now to my number and I need to change it everywhere which is wasting of time and money as I purchase a a monthly bundle to which I don't have an access as the replacement esim is not working at all.

Worst experience I've EVER had

Spent 4 hours trying to activate sim & then gave in. Never got an activation pin told me was already setup but still could not log in. Even the password reset text didn't arrive or the OTP. So bad even p1ssed off that it cost 99p.Absolute JUNk
