Got charged monthly for a non-working sim card

TERRIBLE Experience. My e-sim that I bought failed upon activation and the first lyca agent I called then forgot to switch off the auto-renewal option. I was left with an auto-renewing, bricked e-sim, that I had ZERO access to because it was BRICKED. Once I finally got hold of this with the costumer service after TWO MONTHS and multiple calls, the last agent I spoke with told me he can't refund me the first auto-renewal charge but only the most recent one, because of their T&Cs. And because I have accepted their T&Cs I must accept this. Full Stop. No further explanation. I was charged for something I was not even able to use... As a side info: I'm using a latest gen Iphone, so the reason why the E-sim bricked is very unlikely my phone, but Lycas subpar IT system. I also activated it well within the UK mainland and in an area with very good reception... Stay away.
