Topped up new SIM but credit added to identical number on a new SIM posted out so couldn't use on the day Customer services rep couldn't help, refused to pass to a supervisor, lied and said you don't have a complaints process, and hung up on me. Tried dialing back to speak to supervisor and was put in hold for 20mins before I terminated call. Logged complaint 3 days ago and no one has even acknowledged it

Pre Legal Notice email sent to me, however, I don't have a sim or plan with them. When I phoned in, I was hung up on after an hour of being on hold. I have attempted all methods of contact as per their website. Shocking support. Will now be speaking to a lawyer to see how I can claim.

Purchased a 30 day rolling contract and now they do not have any options to cancel. AI - doesn't respond if you select the Auto Renewal Cancelation Phone - they hang up when you select the cancellation option *190# doesn't work either!

Topped up £5.00 on line. The took the money from my account as well as a further £49.00. When I called them they told me it was for an active subscription. Apparently I have completed the 2 day trial period and now I was active. I didn't agree to any of this. They informed me that I entered my bank account details, which is my consent for the subscription. They have refused to give me a refund. I usually top up by phone. They have now stopped this service, I presume they have stopped it so they can con people. Do not top up on line. AVOIDE AT ALL COST.
